According to a study, e-bikes are more attractive than e-cars. The international company Deloitte conducted a study in Germany on electric means of transportation. To do this, the team surveyed 1,008 people and wanted to know whether the participants use an e-vehicle and, if so, what type of means of transportation it is. A large proportion of those surveyed (18 percent) stated that they regularly use an e-bike. The main reason for using an e-bike was commuting between home and work. Seven percent of respondents use an electric car and a further seven percent use an electric scooter. E-mopeds (three percent) and e-motorcycles (two percent) have so far been less popular.
