The e-bike days in Dresden will take place for the 10th time in 2020. E-bikes are the driving force behind the German bicycle industry. According to the German Two-Wheeler Industry Association (ZIV), e-bikes have now conquered almost all bicycle classes. The e-bike days in Dresden from January 17 to 19, 2020, offer the ongoing boom a platform on which the industry can present itself in a concentrated way at the start of the year and show the numerous facets of e-mobility in the two-wheeler sector. The latest innovations and new models from manufacturers will be presented. All facets will be shown here, from trendy city bikes to all-terrain mountain bikes, from practical folding bikes to cargo bikes. Test driving has priority in the wide range of electric bikes on offer – the Extra Energy test track will once again be offering one of the first opportunities in Germany for test driving e-bikes this year. The highlight of the show is the selfie session with Olympic and world champion canoeist Tom Liebscher on January 18 at 3 p.m. He will talk about how he uses his e-bike effectively in training. The e-bike days take place from January 17 to 19 at the MESSE DRESDEN as part of the SachsenKrad trade show. The event is open on Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission costs €8, and for students and apprentices the day ticket costs only €4.
