Trend topic

E-mobility is the future: the people’s environmental consciousness is growing. E-bikes and pedelecs mark a new mobility trend. They allow a relaxed and easy kind of transport, increasingly winning consumers’ approval. Furthermore, they offer a true alternative to going somewhere by car, especially in large towns or on your way to work.
The successful premiere of the e-bike-days 2011 at the fair ground Dresden was the perfect occasion to comprehensively show this new trend for the first time, considering the advantageous setting of the already established SachsenKrad. We are looking forward to continuing with this idea.

Business location Dresden
Paradise for bikers
„Wild East“ or „Valley of the clueless”? Long since Dresden used to be located at the edge of Germany: nowadays, the town is rather to be found at the center of Europe and knows how to benefit from this exclusive advantage.
These days, Saxony’s capital city is not only a young and charming metropolis hosting numerous art and culture treasures but also an acknowledged and dynamic city of economy and science with great potential for the future.
This can easily be proven by looking at the city’s remarkable success of business setups, steady economic growth, rising turnover figures, constant expansion of local companies, decreasing unemployment rates and mounting purchasing power as well as its occupation of top positions in all well-known economy rankings.
Dresden’s power as a business location is primarily due to its highly motivated and highly-skilled employees, 55% of which are working in the high tech industry.
Being located close to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Vogtland and the Erzgebirgskreis, the city represents the perfect starting point for unique tours into the nature that every biker will enjoy!
